Meghan began teaching Music Together in 2024, shortly after the birth of her first child, when she was searching for a fun and meaningful early childhood music class they could enjoy together.
Meghan loves Music Together for so many reasons. The high-quality music supports children’s musical development in a way that feels natural and joyful—kids are learning without even realizing it! She also treasures the opportunity it provides for families to bond through shared musical experiences. As both a parent and an educator, she’s seen firsthand how music supports social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.
In addition to teaching Music Together, Meghan is a board-certified and licensed music therapist. Through her private practice, she provides music therapy services to individuals with disabilities around the greater Cincinnati area. Teaching Music Together has been a perfect complement to her work as a therapist, and she finds great joy in watching children grow and thrive through music.

Music Together®, established in 1987, has grown into a global early childhood music and movement program. Each class is a playful, interactive music-making experience designed to support the way young children learn best—through hands-on exploration and active participation alongside the grownups they love.
Classes follow a mixed-age format, which allows older children to model and lead while younger ones learn through observation and imitation. This unique setting nurtures every child’s musical development at their own pace and fosters a sense of community within the group.
But the benefits go far beyond music. Rooted in the belief that Music Learning Supports All Learning®, Music Together classes also support early childhood development in many key areas. Through singing, dancing, and instrument play, children build skills in language development, motor coordination, social-emotional development, and cognitive growth.
Perhaps most importantly, Music Together offers families 45 minutes of uninterrupted, joyful bonding time. As you make music with your child, you’re not just nurturing their development—you’re strengthening a connection that will last a lifetime.
